Astrological Fertility control

Since women's menstrual cycles are lunar based and as electional astrology is strongly lunar, it should be possible to determine a woman's fertility by astrological means. This presumes she is mentally, physically & emotionally healthy. The stressed men & women who inhabit our cities are hardly candidates! H.P. Blavatsky hinted at the possibility of astrological fertility control, and I would not be surprised if Rudolph Steiner did as well, though it must have been known long before. There used to be more books on this subject than Faugno's, good as it is. To round out this section I've included a couple of books on the Prenatal Chart:
